About Us:

 Phelan Properties was founded by Sean Phelan. Sean has been managing real estate in Tennessee since 2001.  He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), a Certified Community Association Manager (CMCA) and a Tennessee Affiliate Broker (inactive).   Sean is a very active member in many originations in the real estate management industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Greater Nashville Chapter and has served as Publication Committee Chairperson with the local chapter of Community Association Institute.
